Royal Credit Union - EAU CLAIRE, Wis., - Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Kristen Norgaard as Financial Education Manager. In this position, Norgaard is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operations of Royal’s community financial education initiatives and School $ense program while managing and growing strong financial education partnerships. Norgaard came to Royal in August of 2010. Since then, Norgaard served as a Financial Service Representative, Branch Supervisor, Consumer Loan Officer, and most recently Financial Education Supervisor. Norgaard attended the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire where she obtained a bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in business administration. Norgaard is also a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor. Outside of work, Norgaard serves as secretary on the board of directors for the Family Resource Center and has spent several years as a big sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Norgaard currently resides in Eau Claire, WI with her husband, David, and their daughter.
