First Alliance Credit Union Promotes Andrea Allen to EVP/CRO

Rochester, MN - First Alliance Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrea Allen to Executive Vice President/Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Allen will lead the credit union’s revenue growth strategies, focusing on expanding membership, enhancing financial services, and driving organizational success, while upholding First Alliance’s commitment to providing financial possibilities for all.

Allen’s promotion follows her recent graduation from the National Credit Union Foundation’s Credit Union Development Education Training Program, where she deepened her knowledge of the credit union philosophy and explored innovative ways to serve members and communities and earning her Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designation. She is also entering her second year in Humanidei’s Humanedge C-Suite Excellence Program, further strengthening her leadership capabilities in the credit union movement.

“Andrea has been a driving force behind First Alliance Credit Union’s growth and commitment to member service,” said Brent Rempe, President and CEO of First Alliance Credit Union. “She leads with vision and integrity, earning the trust and respect of both our staff and our members. Her ability to inspire and empower our team has been instrumental in fostering a strong, collaborative culture. Her strategic mindset, passion for financial well-being, and dedication to professional development make her an outstanding leader. I have no doubt that her leadership will continue to strengthen our organization’s future and create meaningful opportunities for our members.”

Jill Nowacki, President and CEO of Humanidei, added: “Andrea’s commitment to personal and professional growth reflects the very best of credit union leadership. Her active engagement in Humanedge demonstrates her readiness to lead with intention, innovation, and inclusiveness. First Alliance Credit Union is fortunate to have her in this role, and to benefit from the impact of her leadership.”

Reflecting on her promotion, Andrea Allen shared: “I am honored to step into this role and continue serving our members and community in new and meaningful ways. First Alliance Credit Union’s mission and values resonate deeply with me, and I look forward to leading initiatives that expand access to financial opportunities for all. I’m grateful for the incredible team at First Alliance and excited for what we will accomplish together.”

With over 22 years of experience in the financial industry and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Allen brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. She has been a key leader at First Alliance Credit Union since 2019, consistently driving growth and fostering meaningful relationships within the community. Her well-deserved promotion aligns with First Alliance’s mission to show up, listen to each member’s story, and provide financial possibilities. Allen will continue to champion the credit union’s vision of being a financial oasis where everyone has access to the opportunities they deserve, guided by the core values of passion, persistence, and presence.
