In this role, Allen will lead the credit union’s revenue growth strategies, focusing on expanding membership, enhancing financial services, and driving organizational success, while upholding First Alliance’s commitment to providing financial possibilities for all. Allen’s promotion follows her recent graduation from the National Credit Union Foundation’s Credit Union Development Education Training Program, where she deepened her knowledge of the credit union philosophy and explored innovative ways to serve members and communities and earning her Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designation.
