EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces the promotion of Nikki Kinnard to Training and Development Manager. In this role, Kinnard is responsible for designing and implementing Royal’s learning strategies. She leads a dedicated team focused on enhancing team members’ skills and knowledge across the organization. Her team specializes in instructional design, eLearning, training facilitation, and procedure development. Kinnard joined Royal in April 2000 as an Employee Development Coordinator. Over the years, Kinnard has held various roles, including Employee Development Specialist, Organizational Development Advisor, Instructional Designer, and Organizational Development Supervisor. In her free time, Kinnard enjoys traveling and learning about other cultures with her family.
