Lisett Comai-Legrand, former Director of Retail Member Experience, has been promoted to the position of Chief Operations Officer, while Andrea Allen, former Director of Lending, has been elevated to Chief Lending Officer. Lisett Comai-Legrand brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having spent over 18 years at First Alliance Credit Union. Holding a B.A. in corporate communications from Trinity College and an M.B.A. with a concentration in marketing from Georgian Court University, Lisett's expertise and dedication have been instrumental in shaping the credit union's retail operations. As Chief Operations Officer, Lisett will oversee account services, member contact center, branch operations, and the retail branch team, in addition to serving on the board for the credit union’s foundation. Similarly, Andrea Allen's promotion to Chief Lending Officer recognizes her significant contributions to the lending division and her deep understanding of financial services. With a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and 22 years of experience in the financial industry, Andrea's leadership will drive forward the credit union's consumer lending, business lending, mortgage lending, and member solutions teams. Additionally, First Alliance Credit Union is pleased to announce the official inclusion of two esteemed employees, Jenna Taubel and Jeremiah Halloran, into its executive leadership team. Jenna Taubel, formerly the Director of Brand & Digital Member Experience, now assumes the role of AVP of Marketing, leveraging her decade-long tenure at the credit union to enhance its marketing strategies. Jeremiah Halloran, who began his journey with the credit union 21 years ago as a teller and most recently served as the Director of Digital Service, steps into the role of AVP of Digital Services & Technology, spearheading the institution's digital transformation efforts.
