EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) and The Salvation Army partnered to hold the annual Giving Never Melts Away toy drive throughout the month of November. This year, Royal collected over 750 toys and raised more than $600 for The Salvation Army through the generosity of community members and team members. “We are extremely thankful to all that contributed to Giving Never Melts Away this year,” said Heidi Sandquist, Community Engagement Coordinator. “Royal values making a difference in the communities we serve, and we are proud to be able to give locally during the holiday season.” New, unwrapped toys were collected at all Royal offices, and monetary donations were also accepted in offices or online. All toys and donations will be used to brighten the holidays for families across northwestern Wisconsin and the greater Metro area in Minnesota.
