Firefly Credit Union - BURNSVILLE, Minn. (Sept. 4, 2020) - Firefly’s Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Council hosted a donation drive from August 10-14, 2020, at its Minneapolis branch location as part of its reopening celebration. Both members and Firefly employees generously donated supplies. All donations went to the Minneapolis Hiawatha YMCA and included non-perishable food items, personal care items, and household supplies. “Firefly truly believes in the credit union philosophy of people helping people,” said Dale Turner, President/CEO. “We strive to give back to our community whenever we can and organizing a donation drive to collect supplies for local families is just one way we do so.” Firefly Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative lighting the way forward for the Greater Twin Cities CommunitySM.
