Schaekel’s responsibilities include meeting with Members to help them reach financial goals, hiring and training high impact talent that represent Royal’s core values, and managing branch operations. Schaekel comes to Royal with more than 10 years of financial service industry experience, most recently serving as Branch Manager for Wings Financial Credit Union. Schaekel holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in finance. Schaekel is active in the community and loves to spend time volunteering for youth sports. Schaekel resides in Elko New Market with her husband, John, and their three boys: Nolan, Liam, and Benjamin. Sarah is looking forward to getting to know her team and creating a positive impact in the lives of Members.
