Finance & Commerce (Sept. 23, 2022) - Finance & Commerce is pleased to announce the 2022 honorees for Top Women in Finance. Each year Finance & Commerce honors the Top Women in Finance in Minnesota. This year’s class honors 37 women, including the first new selections for the Top Women in Finance Hall of Fame since 2018. Kelly Elkin of Old National Bank and Lauri Salverda of Castle Rock Financial Planning will join the five previous Hall of Fame honorees: Denise Doll-Kiefer (2014); Jill Johnson and Sharon Olson (2016); and Laurie Nordquist and Kim Brown (2018). Three honorees are being recognized as Top Women in Finance for a second time and will be inducted into the Circle of Excellence. They are Carol Bolles of Baker Tilly US, Katie Lorenson of Alerus Financial and Sarah Walter of The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. Two women, Mary Lydon of Versique Search & Consulting and Jacqueline Nasseff Hilgert of NFR Communications, are being honored for their Outstanding Service to the Profession. Finance & Commerce’s Top Women in Finance program recognizes women who are making an impact in their professions and communities by breaking down barriers and paving the way for those that come after. An outside panel of experts reviewed the nominations and helped to select the honorees.
