EAU CLAIRE, Wis. – Royal Credit Union (Royal) has announced Ana Birtzer as Director of Commercial Loan and Deposit Operations. In this role, Birtzer will be responsible for leading the Business Operations Department, overseeing business lending processing, loan servicing, and enterprise-wide business services to ensure efficient, compliant operations. She will also provide strategic direction and system oversight to support organizational goals, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure secure, effective management of business loan platforms. Birtzer joined Royal in 2013 and has held several positions including Home Loan Servicing, Business Loan Representative, Business Loan Representative Supervisor, and most recently, Business Loan Representative Manager. Birtzer is most looking forward to building strong partnerships across departments and enhancing how teams work together to support Royal’s business Members. She is passionate about creating thoughtful, efficient processes that make it easier for employees to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a strong operational foundation. Birtzer is also excited to contribute to initiatives that support Royal’s long-term growth and continue strengthening the experience for business Members.
